- Remote testimony / examination of a witness in a case being tried, who during the trial is far from the venue. In this case, the witness will come to one of the certified locations and will testify remotely live (image and sound).
- Remote testimony / examination of a witness in a case (as above) who is however abroad – Cross-border.
- Remote testimony / examination of a witness or defendant who is detained in a detention facility.
- Conducting the preliminary examination, pre-trial investigation and interrogation (pre-trial).
- Satisfaction of requests for Judicial Assistance via remote connection.
